We recently finished a kitchen remodel with Southwest to include rustic hickory cabinets, quartz countertop, live edge walnut counter piece, copper sink and new appliances. We are very happy with the results and love the look and quality.

We so enjoyed working with Zoe as designer. She is a delight - fun, personable, engaging, patient with many ideas to consider. We always felt welcomed by the staff when visiting their comfortable, pleasing showroom. Our installers Milad and Shaggy did an excellent job with the cabinets and were a joy to work with.

This was our second project with Southwest. Earlier in the year we finished an office makeover, another satisfying job.

I would highly recommend Southwest for your remodeling needs. They were a pleasure to work with and we felt cared for and valued through the process.

A master bath remodel is being considered for the future and we look forward to contacting Southwest again.

Southwest Kitchen & Bath is a wonderful, knowledgeable and professional company to work with. I could not be happier with my new remodeled bathroom! Their communication skills are excellent. When I was told they would contact me, they did. When I asked questions, I was heard. They went above and beyond my expectations. From the day I ventured into their showroom and met the receptionist Kyla, I felt this was the company I would trust with my remodel. Kyla actually helped me with some colors and choices. She is excellent at welcoming visitors into their showroom. Jared managed the ordering and communications throughout the remodel and is great at answering all my questions and explaining what was happening with the remodel. The owner, Donald, appears to really love his company and working with wood. He also is excellent helping with any unexpected issues. Before I decided to use Southwest Kitchen and Bath, I did read reviews, but most important, I read about the owner and was very impressed with his journey to working with wood products, designs and ending up in Tucson Az. I knew that this was the perfect person and place to trust with my remodel. I am not disappointed with my decision and I would encourage anyone thinking of a remodel in their home to look to this wonderful company.

Working with Zoe has been an absolute pleasure. Her talent and creativity in designing kitchens are truly remarkable. From our first meeting, it was clear that she had a keen eye for detail and a real understanding of what I wanted. She crafted a design that perfectly captured my vision and exceeded my expectations.
Beyond her design skills, Zoe’s kindness and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. She was always patient and attentive, answering all my questions and offering great advice. Although we need to put the project on hold for now, I’m eagerly looking forward to picking it up again with her. Southwest Kitchen & Bath replaced my old vanity with a beautiful new one. I chose a Bellmont cabinet and beautiful quartz countertop. The staff walked me through the process of getting the countertop (also great working with Countertop Designs) in a remnant, instead of a slab, which saved me a lot of $$$. They also had a wide variety of door handles to choose from! My questions were answered, work was done on schedule (which was explained to me, and I was kept abreast of any schedule changes), demo/install/clean-up of vanity was in one day. The template for the countertop was made 2 days later ... all seamless (just a hiccup or 2, but they were my mistakes). I couldn't be happier with the service, and result ... from the owner, Donald Courtney, to the rest of the staff! Thank you, Donald and team!

Southwest Kitchen & Bath just completed renovating our kitchen. We were very pleased with their work and especially pleased with the design help we received. The project was a mix of new cabinets (uppers) and refacing (lowers). Our refacing work, however, was more extensive than just new doors as we replaced three lower cabinets will drawers and added special features to all the other lower cabinets. The SW team was very responsive and involved throughout the project and quickly resolved any issues that cropped up. We highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to work with them again on any future projects.

I purchased from SWKB a very large countertop manufactured by Cafe Countertops in Tennessee. Unfortunately it was later apparent that the shippers had damaged the countertop. Donald ensured that a replacement countertop was obtained under the warranty and had the right team to install the #650 countertop. When the local delivery occurred, Donald climbed my Palo Verde tree, wrapped a branch to raise it to provide clearance and to avoid damaging the limb. That was over and above what I expected that day!! Donald and team were a delight to work with and I'd would be happy to use them again.
