From sales to installation, we had such a good experience at Deco Window Fashions. Our Hunter Douglas cellular shades were 30 years old and we were so impressed how they held up we decided to replace them with Hunter Douglas. Just had my living room Roman shades installed by Fernando and Mario. They did great work, cleaned up before they left and walked me through use of the control shade system. I looked for about a year before committing to the choice made. Myra the design rep was really helpful guiding me on the selection. Previously I’d been either given too many options or too few and it truly left me with decision paralysis☺️. Super happy with how they came out!

Deco Window Fashions is the best window-covering company in Austin.
The first time I worked with Claudia and James Covin the owners of Deco Window Fashions was in 2015. We were so pleased I wrote a 5-star review.
We moved into a new home this month August 2024 and of course, I called Claudia.

Claudia met me at the home before we closed escrow, measured all of my windows, and then worked with me to make impressive choices for my new styling, working with my wall colors, floor coverings, and many windows and sliders.

We chose Pirouette blinds and some Roman shades for our media, master, and guest bedrooms. They were installed this week.
We could not be more pleased!!! Stunning, a perfect fit for each room.

Our installer, Mario, was EXCELLENT, very professional and knowledgeable about the blinds I chose. He installed each window covering carefully, adjusting every blind to perfection.

Mario then trained me on using the remote control on the blinds and my phone. I felt comfortable working both before he left.

I would highly recommend this company and Mario!

I highly recommend Deco Window Fashions, for anyone purchasing new blinds. We had an issue with a wand on a shade we purchased 3 years ago and within 3 days we were serviced by Nathan and Fernando and the problem was fixed in very little time. They were friendly and courteous and thanks to Aiden in Customer service the whole thing was handled efficiently. I really did not expect it all to be so quick and easy. Thank you, Deco Window Fashions, you’re the best!

From the very start to when I received my shades, I was met with wonderful customer service and quality! I needed some sort of window covering for my whole house and Denise was an expert! She walked me through all the best options and built a custom layout of shades for my home.
Ultimately, we decided on roller shades for all my windows with a combination of soft touch motorization and remote controlled motorization. After the in-person consultation, just 3 weeks later Andy and Nathan came to install all of my shades. They cleanly installed 15 windows in a matter of a few hours and walked me through the app setup and charging the shade batteries. My house not only looks amazing, but it feels so much more comfortable, plus the convenience of the motorization is a game changer!! If you are looking for quality, I highly recommend DECO.

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. The installers / repair guys Manny and Fernando went above and beyond to get my automatic roller shades up and running again. They were prompt, informative, professional and clean. They changed all of my batteries, re-adjusted a shade, and reconnected one of my shades that dropped out of the network. I highly recommend Deco Window Fashions. A plus service!
