So confused as to why this company has so many glowing reviews but we had such a rough experience. We called and asked to have the locks at our house replaced, and they sent a technician who was nice, but pretty unprofessional. Granted, we have an older house, so it might not have been the easiest job, but their work was mediocre all around. When they left, there was sawdust and screws all over the floor. Our front door was missing the strike plate and one of our interior doors wouldn't close unless you slammed it. Giving two stars because they came back the next day and made some of the issues a little better... Also, our receipt said that the charges were billed to "Durham locksmith" and I got a text asking for a review of "Master locksmith of Charlotte." No clue who Raleigh Locksmith Group dispatched to our house, wish we had asked them to leave as soon as we got the unprofessional vibe.

The young man got me 2 copies of keys made for my Chrysler Pacifica 2022.
He got them copied and cut in under 30 minutes. He communicated well about when he would arrive and arrived on time. He was nice, polite and professional. Couldn’t ask for more.

I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Response time was good. Entry into the car was quick and easy. The fee actual fee was reasonable for unlocking my car. ($125) but the add-on fee was ridiculous. Added an extra $89 fee because it was after 5pm. I called them at 6:10pm.

Called around 3pm...they had a tech out by 9:30pm. 2 new fobs for what the dealer wanted for just one and they came to me. Tech was quick and friendly. Would call again if needed.
