The overall quality of work was not great. It seemed like the guy was rushing through the job. I was busy with work and so couldn't look after every aspect of what he was doing or verify every little thing, but I feel like I would have needed to in order to get a satisfactory job done.

A few particulars:
- The guy upsold me on putting a deadbolt on the interior garage door (which is great), and then forgot to put on a strike plate.
- Didn't tighten the screws on the newly installed doorknob.
- The newly installed deadbolt on the front door doesn't line up with the strike plate.
- I've been finding screws lying on the floor for the last few weeks, and that's after I did a bunch of pick up of sawdust and screws after the installation.
- I told the guy three times I wanted to have the new deadbolt installed at the standard distance from the knob, and pointed to how it was already done on the other doors, but he kept ignoring me and saying "what about here, what about here," so finally I gave up, and now I can't install a standard doorknob+deadbolt reinforcement plate because the guy basically picked a random distance and was like, "so this is good right?" and then proceeded to ignore my answers. I didn't have time to pursue it so I gave up. Sigh.
- I spent $850 on work I could have mostly done myself at least as well for $100-200 (this is less of a comment on this business specifically and more of a reminder that there's a lot you can do yourself; by the way, Home Depot rekeys store-bought locks for free).

Like I said, if I hadn't been busy at the time, I probably could have caught a lot of these things. If you know very specifically what you want and don't mind some close supervising/micromanaging and keeping on top of every little detail, these guys can probably give you what you want. But I don't plan to use them again because I prefer to use businesses who I can trust to do a quality job without my constant supervision or having to identify every little issue before the guy rushes off to his next job.
