Had Thomas from Papalia come out to inspect a hot water pipe that was crusted over and a value leading to the outside spigot that was also crusted over. He quickly identified the problem and took time explaining it to me and how he was going to fix it. I was able to have him come back a week later and fix everything. Took him and his partner about an hour. I did have a plumber friend of mine check over the quote and job details that Papalia Custer service sent, and though on the higher side, it wasn’t out of line and he said with companies like Papalia, you tend to get better service, so the cost is reasonable. I do have to say, Thomas and partner did a great job. They were very polite and took time to go over the job and didn’t leave a mess. Their customer service was great to work with being very responsive. I will use them going forward and recommend them.

Great team, they just installed my new furnace and thermostats with minimum disruption and explained everything in detail! The electrician even helped me set up an appointment to have my water tested! And they cleaned up after they finished too! Great job guys, thank you very much for your attention and great work! Very professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable group!

Reasonable rates, professional friendly technicians and staff. Installed my furnace/AC with very little disruption, tech's are respectful of home and property. Very pleased results.

Problem with my thermostat rebooting which resulted in the heat shutting down. Called them during a snow storm and they sent out tech Branden who arrived within the hour. Polite and professional as usual and got the problem fixed without haste.
Thanks again to Crystal who was able to get me fixed up asap!

I have used Papalia plumbing for some years now, and they always do a great job. This time was no different. I have a complicated plumbing problem, and they sent out their 2 top, master plumbers to fix it. They were great! They didn't even charge me for the second visit, because they need to come back to open up my neighbor's wall to fix the pipe in there. Who does that?! 🙂 Very knowledgeable, always prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. They always communicate very well so I know everything they are doing and how much it will cost. Highly recommend!

Incredibly happy with Papalia. I have seen their vibrant colored trucks around for decades. Finally had an issue that required a plumber and a local place in town was remarkably rude and unprofessional. My mom reminded me about Papalia and I quickly gave them a call. The woman who schedules is phenomenal. The two guys came over at exactly the time they said. They were very nice and professional. Diagnosed the issue. Told me the steps they’d need to take to fix it. Helped me figure out a service plan (which I wanted) to fit my exact needs. Fixed the issue on site. And the charges were beyond reasonable. I will absolutely be using Papalia for all my plumbing and hvac needs going forward.

I highly recommend the company based on his performance and the great service from everyone I talked to on the phone.

My service appointment with Mike A and his assistant was so pleasant and smooth. They were polite, informative, helpful and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend their services and will be having them back for an installation.

These guys did a great job for me. I've had them out twice; once for the first year Maintenance on my new Trane Air conditioner (they are certified) and the 2nd time to change a run capacitor, both times they were friendly efficient and well qualified. They are reliable and confident.
