When we chose Flooring America Design Center to do our carpeting in our home, we trusted your expertise and felt like you showed genuine interest in our project. It was a pleasure talking to you and you made the process so easy. My wife and I are very fussy when it comes to workmanship in our home. I can honestly say that the installers you chose for us, Ronnie and Derek, were experienced in their field and did such a phenomenal job that we could not even find the seams in the rug. They worked fastidiously every day and never complained about moving our furniture and re-organizing our rooms.

People were very nice. Wouldn’t buy the flooring again. Scratches easily, dents when you drop something, and cracks on its own. Expected much more from hardwood flooring.
