We reached out to Carlos and his team about getting built-in cabinets/bookcases and a window seat for our office, and we cannot recommend them enough! Getting a quote from them was quick and easy, and Carlos himself came out to take measurements and ask follow-up questions to make sure he knew what we had in mind. We were SHOCKED (in a good way!) when his scheduler followed up with us within two business days to tell us that our built-ins could be installed the following week!

His team arrived on-time on the day of the install, and they completed everything even faster than they had promised. They were extremely courteous and took the time to explain every step of the process, even asking clarifying questions and giving us their expert opinion regarding some of the aesthetic details. When we changed our mind about the details of the trim around our office windows, they even went all the way back to their shop to pick up more trim for us to make sure they followed through with the vision we wanted. And the finished product is beautiful!
They also honored the original quote, which was extremely fair. As they don’t do painting, they were also happy to provide us with a few of their trusted contacts for this service. We could not be happier with the entire experience!

We used Carlos to do custom woodwork including paneling and cabinetry in 2023. Upon install we had some crooked knobs and cabinet doors but we have not complained. Now about a year and a half later we have cracks in the paint around all the seems and joints in our paneling and cabinetry. Carlos claims it's the painter's problem, the painter claims it's Carlos problem. It appears what the issue is, really, is that Carlos does not do any of the final prep on his work and leaves it without caulking, gluing or otherwise and turns you over to the painter to blame any sloppy work on the painter in the end. It seems all of this wood work should not be sinking and splitting because "the house moves" as he told me and should be better prepped and installed. He continues to say this is not their problem - so I guess it is ours to have to sand and repaint and fix it only a year after it was installed. I would not recommend them as this is not what anyone would expect to happen so soon after it is built.

I am very pleased with the cabinet build and install that Custom Carpentry By Carlos completed for me yesterday. First, the price was fair. Second, they completed the work in less than two weeks. A group of three experienced carpenters then arrived at my house and worked efficiently and carefully to install the new cabinets. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

I was looking for a way to get my shoes off the floor of my closet. It made the closet look messy and out of order. I found Carlos and he came by and provided an estimate and he and an assistant installed the final cabinet in this upstairs tiny closet. I am able to walk into it now without tripping over my shoes.? ? I took pictures with boxes and later that evening got rid of the boxes for a tidier view to select shoes for daily wear. I highly recommend this professional cabinet builder.

It was real pleasure working with Carlos and his team. Angela is very friendly and kept me informed on scheduling and answered all my questions. Carlos and his guys always arrived on time and very professional. He listened to my needs and advised on what would work best and look best based on that. I have a 100 year old house with all the quarks that come with it, and Sergio and Juan made it all work seamlessly. I would like to say a big thank you to Carlos and his crew. I reached out to this company six plus months ago. In regards to my cabinets I needed replacing. During that time I was able to get a quote but other things began to happen that caused me to push things back. Fast forward I reached out to them about two to three weeks ago and the very quote given was still honorable!!! Carlos came out took measurements and began to build my cabinets. What was supposed to take two days took only a day. I wasn't at home either time due to my work schedule but they came in and did an amazing job very time efficient!!! Thank you Carlos, Angela and crew!!! I'm very pleased... Now on the flip side I do wish you all painted all while installing... Maybe that's something you all should consider bringing in an amazing painter!! But overall great work I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed!!!
